he "Let's Get It Started" package is our version of a How To Do-It-Yourself Planning workshop. It is designed to help get you started in the right direction to plan your event. We will meet with you to discuss your event vision, assist you with planning out your budget, provide tips and advice, and "jump start" the research process for vendors that meet your needs and budget.

The "Day of" Package

his package is designed for the hosts that are looking forward to planning their own event, but need an extra set of hands for the day-of.

This package includes, but is not limited to:

• The "Lets get Started" Package
• Create/Review Vendor Contact List
• Finalize and confirm schedules of your vendors
• Finalize rehearsal and event itinerary
• Take over all coordination responsibilities a month before the event
• Provide on-site coordination for event

The "Silver Lining" Event Planning Package

he "Silver Lining" is our partial event planning service. It is designed for those who have chosen the venue(s), but need help choosing reputable vendor support, direction in dealing with details and event minutia.

This package includes, but is not limited to:

• The "Day of" Package
• Schedule and attend vendor meetings
• Finalizing and confirming schedules of your vendors via phone/email
• Creating rehearsal and wedding day itinerary for bride/groom, family and attendants
• Prepare Schedule of Events for Ceremony, Reception, Wedding Weekend
• On-site coordination of wedding rehearsal

The "All-Inclusive" Event Planning Package

he "All-Inclusive Luxury" event planning package is our highest line of service. From start to finish, this package offers unlimited assistance in planning the event of your dreams. We will make your event ideas a reality.

This package includes, but is not limited to:

• The "Silver Lining" Event Planning Package
• Wedding Budget & Payment Management
• Hotel Accommodations & Room Blocks
• Schedule & attend vendor appointments
• Finalize and confirm schedules of your vendors via phone/email
• Create rehearsal and wedding day itinerary for bride/groom, family and attendants and email Newsletter/Itinerary to all involved
• Prepare Schedule of Events for Ceremony, Reception, Wedding Weekend
• On-site coordination of wedding rehearsal

The Destination Wedding Package

f you are looking for a romantic or sentimental location to hold your wedding then this is the package for you! Fortunately for you, the event planning teams at La Bella Planners are world travelers, and will be able to expertly guide you through the process of finding the perfect setting for your wedding vows. This package is All Inclusive and allows you to simply relay all of your wedding day wishes to your event planning expert to create the perfect day.

This package includes, but is not limited to:

• Budget & payment Management
• Hotel accommodations & room blocks
• Manage the booking of the vendors
• Marriage license requirements at the destination location
• Customized informational web page for your guests to access all details regarding your wedding weekend.
• Create activities for you and your guests
• Finalize and confirm schedules of your vendors
• Prepare schedule of events and day-of itinerary
• On-site coordination of wedding rehearsal
